Liberty Spirit

Liberty Spirit is a magical combination of herbs that are truly rejuvenating. Time and again, it is my go-to tea when I feel a cold coming on or feel a little jaded from a few ‘sherries’ the night before. It has been called the Hangover Tea by many customers and really does clear the head.

The combination of mint, milk thistle, burdock root, dandelion, ginger and liquorice sounds as if it should do you good and as well as being exceptionally tasty it really does make you feel invigorated, inside and out.

Milk thistle is known for its benefits to the liver and dandelion has shown to have detoxifying benefits too, as well as aiding digestion. Burdock root is a powerhouse of antioxidants, as is ginger, mint has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits as well as helping to clear nasal passages when breathing in the aroma. Liquorice can help to settle the stomach amongst many other benefits. These are just some health benefits of the herbs in this naturally caffeine-free infusion. Oh, and did I mention it tastes absolutely glorious too.
