This wonderfully refreshing blend is one of our original recipes and consists of Yunnan green tea together with lemon peel and ginger root. It is a classic blend and is just as popular now as when we first introduced it. The lemon and ginger give the tea a lively zing which invigorates the body and excites the taste buds.

The smell of the blend is quite powerful and the taste does not disappoint. You can certainly notice the lemon and ginger but the distinct flavour of the tea still comes through. Yunnan is a province in South West china which is better known for its black tea production but this bold but smooth green tea with grassy notes and a sweet aroma is a perfect complement to the lemon and ginger.

Ginger is warming and is renowned for its health benefits including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It can also help with nausea and to fight cold and flu symptoms. Lemons are bursting with vitamin C and can aid digestion. However more importantly, when drinking, they all just taste so good together.
